Motel Policy

MOTEL POLICIES & HOUSE RULES

At Continental Motel and Dining Lounge, we are dedicated to ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay. Our Motel Policies and House Rules form part of your reservation agreement. By checking in, you agree to adhere to all policies, terms and conditions, and we reserve the right to refuse service or charge your card any damages or policy violations. We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines, as guest safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. Please note that our policies may be updated periodically.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE:

Our check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please ensure you check out at the Front Desk so our housekeeping staff can begin cleaning your promptly. If you need a later check-out, kindly contact the Front Desk 8:00 AM on your departure date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that a charge may apply for late check-outs, and those past 1:00 PM will incur a full day's rate.

EARLY CHECK-IN / PRE-REGISTRATION:

 

Early check-in is available based on availability. If you need a guaranteed-in before 3:00 PM, pre-registration and payment may be necessary for early check-in reservations, please contact our Front Desk staff directly at 807-822-2800. Thank you for your understanding!

GUEST REGISTRATION:

 

To ensure a smooth reservation process, we kindly request that all guests provide valid contact information. This includes your first and last name, address, phone number, email and signature. Additionally, please ensure that the names of all guests occupying the room are registered. Thank you for your!

SPECIAL REQUESTS:

 

We will make every effort to honor them, including specific room numbers, adjacent rooms, roll-away beds, and more upon your arrival. While we will note all requests on your and strive to accommodate them, please understand that the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. We appreciate your understanding!

LOST & FOUND POLICY:

Continental Motel and Dining Lounge is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you realize that you've left behind something valuable, please contact us right away, and we will do our best to help you locate your lost item. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are important to us.

However, any item found after departure by our Housekeeping staff, except for valuable items, will be collected, logged, and securely stored for up to sixty (60) days for the owner to reclaim.
